DCI Data Centers (DCI), a Brookfield Asset Management backed developer and operator of data centres, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Jae Woo Choi as Deputy Chief Technology Officer.
In his role, Jaewoo will lead the development function alongside Chief Technology Officer Verghese Jacob to support DCI’s accelerated growth phase across South Korea, Japan and SEA markets in addition to the rapidly expanding footprint across Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Seoul, Jaewoo is a veteran of data centre development with 15 years of leadership experience in data centre engineering and project management. He joins DCI from Amazon Web Services, where he served as Global Expansion Engineering Manager and was responsible for executing and reviewing designs for data centre projects throughout APAC.
