Nick is the Chief Executive Officer of DCI Data Centers and has led data centre investments across Asia and India. Nick joins DCI from STT Global Data Centers where he was one of the key founding team members and instrumental in the growth and development of the business. Most recently Nick was CEO, North-East Asia. During his time with STT GDC, he led market entry into the mature markets of UK and Japan as well as strategic investments and partnerships into India, South Korea, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Prior to joining STT, he was Senior Vice President at Securus Data Property Fund, which later exited as Keppel DC REIT. An Australian national, Nick has also worked for Macquarie Group in an in-house M&A team within the Banking & Financial Services Group, as well as within Macquarie’s Real Estate Group. Nick’s track record in both leadership and data centre development is impressive and will be key to DCI’s continuing growth.

Diana is responsible for the accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, finance, shared services and internal controls for DCI’s portfolio. She has more than 15 years’ experience across the banking, infrastructure and integrated logistics sectors, and has worked in a variety of senior finance roles with businesses such as Credit Suisse, Qube Holdings and Moelis Australia.

Richard leads DCI’s business in Australia and New Zealand. He has worked for challenger businesses in the finance, energy and telecommunications sectors. He has held a variety of ownership, advisory and executive roles in data infrastructure related businesses. Prior to joining DCI, Richard was an Executive General Manager, responsible for the Defence & Government business of Nextgen Networks which was acquired by ASX-listed Vocus Group.

Chris is responsible for managing the teams that deliver operational excellence at DCI’s Australian data centres. He has a strong record in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of complex critical systems infrastructure and provides strategic and technical advice on major facility relocation and data centre projects across Asia and Australia.

Shane Ross is Chief Development Officer for DCI Data Centers, where he oversees the strategic management of the DCI's real estate development and property portfolio, including ongoing acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Ross brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously served as a Managing Director in Brookfield's Real Estate Group, Chief Financial Officer, and Group Treasurer for Brookfield in Australia. Prior to joining DCI, Mr. Ross held various positions in the banking and finance sector. Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Edith Cowan University and is a member of the Finance and Treasury Association.

Swati is responsible for commercial and sales management at DCI Data Centers. She has more than 10 years’ experience across banking, private equity and data centre sectors, and has worked in a variety of senior investment roles. Prior to joining DCI, Swati Goyal had spent the last five years at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres based out of Singapore, as the Senior Director of Investments, overseeing a data centre platform spanning the Asia Pacific and UK. Previously, she was with Blackstone Real Estate in Singapore and London. Ms Goyal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore and a Masters Degree in Computer Science, from the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai.

Martin is responsible for sales and account management of DCI’s Australian and New Zealand business. He is an experienced sales manager and senior sales executive that is highly customer focused, with a demonstrated track record for leadership and building positive long term relationships with customers and partners alike. Martin has extensive experience in global markets with leading Managed Services providers in United Kingdom, Australia and Middle East with a broad scope of expertise including professional services, cloud hosted and managed solutions, infrastructure and Data Centre sales.

Jae Woo leads the engineering, design, development and delivery across Asia to support DCI’s accelerated growth phase across South Korea, Japan and South East Asia markets. Based in Seoul, Jae Woo holds a Bachelor of Engineering / Electrical Engineering and is a veteran of data centre development with 15 years of leadership experience in data centre engineering and project management. He joins DCI from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he served as Global Expansion Engineering Manager and was responsible for executing and reviewing designs for data centre projects throughout APAC.
